Losing 120 lbs and Diabetic
Being overweight and diabetic can make you feel lousy. It doesn't help when all you crave is sweets.
Listen to Polly's story of how she attributes the success of losing weight to Appetizer Diet and how the Appetizer Diet has stopped her cravings for sweets. Polly started off losing weight with a bang then transitioned to good steady weight loss.
Polly is an order entry speciaist at a local window and door manufacturer, The Peachtree Companies. Her goals with Vitamark are to replace her income and to look forward to an early retirement.
"Two weeks ago I decided to take the Appetizer Diet challenge. I am 120 lbs over my goal weight, have been diagnosed as diabetic and decided that it's time to take charge.
I lost lots of inches and 9 lbs in the first two weeks just by using the shake and cookies. My weight loss has slowed down since then; but, the lbs still continue to come down and I have no cravings for junk food or sweets, and I have a terrible sweet tooth!
Sweets have always been my downfall but with this program my willpower is growing! I don't have the cravings anymore.
I work in an office with candy jars all over the place and I have to admit that I have only had maybe two pieces of chocoate in two weeks, just because I wanted to. That's amazing!
And I find that my appetite is suppressed to the point where I'm not really hungry for my lunch. But then I will reach for a healthy snack at that time. If I eat lunch at work, I come home and replace my evening meals during the work week with the shake and cookie. I look forward to it!
My energy level has increased and I feel so good! I have tried other diet products from over the counter at the grocery stores in the past, but nothing has compared to the Appetizer Diet.
Vitamark has done it! I will continue with this program and it will be a life style for me now.
I know that I can lose the weight I need to. And besides just the weight loss and inches, when I test my blood sugar levels they are completely in check and where they should be. I am adding the Limu Plus to my program now, and I also take the Vita-Che on a daily basis along with the Coral Calcium+.
Thank you, Vitamark!
God Bless,
Polly"

Nurses know obesity has become one of the most serious health threats facing Americans today.
Nurses know Americans are making a greater effort to lose excess body fat than ever before. Yet despite aggressive dieting, diet pills, extensive exercise programs, more Americans are overweight than at any other time in history.
Nurses know that unless Americans have a simple solution to manage their weight, they will suffer from sugar challenges, back pain, circulatory issuses and more.
It’s time for a solution — a SIMPLE solution for weight loss

Easy Diet | Emotional Eating
Wrap An Easy Diet and Emotional Eating together and what do you get?
An Overbearing Disaster!
Bruce knows first hand about emotional eating. Here is what he has to say:
"According to health expert, weight experts, doctors, and others in the field of nutrition, many people will use food to deal with stress and other problems of life. It's not surprising that so many people will use food to pacify unsettling emotional rests.
Whether a person is undergoing stress-related issues or just plain problems of life, they will develop a one-word response to any and all problems: EAT!
From birth and throughout childhood, caregivers and/or parents gave you cookie to pacify your emotional instability.
According to Dr. Winchell, food can create soothing changes in brain chemistry, and even the simple act of chewing will increase endorphins and ease your pain.
Studies have shown that the stress you feel when you're upset actually makes you feel hungry and creates body fat.
Chronic stress from deadline pressures at work to painful baggage from your past triggers your body to increase the production of cortisol, the hormone that encourages fat storage, particularly around the belly. Your body also pumps increased adrenaline into your bloodstream, which makes your pancreas churn out insulin. That leads to incessant hunger, explains Pamela M. Peeke, M.D., M.PH., assistant clinical professor of medicine at the University of Maryland School of Medicine in Baltimore and author of the best-selling book Fight Fat After Forty (Viking Press, 2000).
Therefore you eat for relief.
The solution? Eat an Appetizer Cookie to combat the urge to eat. THE RIGHT SNACK"

Easy diet | Why diets fail
Searching for an easy diet to lose weight leads one to ask why diets fail. The most common complaints that lead people to abandon their diets are "it doesn't taste good", "it didn't fill me" and or "it was too complicated."
But Ma, it doesn’t taste good!
We eat for three basic reasons. One reason is because we love to eat and we love the taste of food. Diets that restrict you from your favorite foods inevitably fail. But what if there was a diet that included your favorite food? Take cookies for an example. Everyone loves cookies. What if you could eat cookies and lose weight? We could call it the appetizer diet cookie!
See folks who have a weight challenge love to eat. They love to eat morning, noon and night and they love snacks. They especially enjoy sweet foods. So why not let them have a delicious cookie before a meal. No reason to feel guilty eating a cookie when your eating something that is good for you! It's so easy.
The Appetizer DietR Cookie would be loved by all. People would gladly stay on their new diet. No need to twist anyone's arm. The cookie monster would become their best friend. Of course, the cookie would have to meet three important requirements. It would have to taste good. It would have to be healthy, nutritionally-balanced and provide energy. Lastly folks would have to get results. What would it take to make a cookie like this?
This cookie should not have any stimulants or caffeine, no artificial sweeteners, colors or preservatives. No, none of that. Instead the cookie should be filled with life- giving nutrients such as protein, fiber and tasty natural sweetness.
Protein is important to replenish the building blocks of muscle tissue. Protein from soy and whey are especially satisfying because of specific signals it sends to the brain. Soy proteins, in particular, impact the "fat storage" and lean muscle mass.
When we snack on proteins, instead of sugars and fats, the body feels more full which helps people control their appetite between meals. This cuts calories and reduces weight. Also, your body uses more energy to digest protein. Meaning, when you snack on a protein, instead of a carbohydrate or fat, you are burning more calories during the process of digestion, thus helping your weight loss efforts.
But Ma, It doesn’t fill me!
Studies tell us that fiber makes you feel full and this controls your tendency to overeat. The importance of fiber is now being recognized, appreciated and taught worldwide. Studies are establishing a relationship between the relative long lives and good health of populations who consume high fiber foods. People who diet commonly have challenges with constipation because they eat less food. It makes sense to ensure high fiber. The truth is the higher the percentage of fiber in your diet, the lower the tape-measure reading around your waist.
It was too complicated
Having to count calories and weigh every morsel you look at depresses people. Make sure the diet you choose is easy and convenient. What could be easier than eating a cookie a half an hour before your meal?
Eat Cookies and Lose Weight because they taste good, because they are filling and because it's so easy!
What do you have to lose but unwanted inches and pounds!
Dying to be thin? Want to lose weight? Body image problems? Put the Appetizer DietR cookie to the test. Check out what others are saying Appetizer Diet Cookie
May good health be yours,
