Losing 120 lbs and Diabetic
Being overweight and diabetic can make you feel lousy. It doesn't help when all you crave is sweets.
Listen to Polly's story of how she attributes the success of losing weight to Appetizer Diet and how the Appetizer Diet has stopped her cravings for sweets. Polly started off losing weight with a bang then transitioned to good steady weight loss.
Polly is an order entry speciaist at a local window and door manufacturer, The Peachtree Companies. Her goals with Vitamark are to replace her income and to look forward to an early retirement.
"Two weeks ago I decided to take the Appetizer Diet challenge. I am 120 lbs over my goal weight, have been diagnosed as diabetic and decided that it's time to take charge.
I lost lots of inches and 9 lbs in the first two weeks just by using the shake and cookies. My weight loss has slowed down since then; but, the lbs still continue to come down and I have no cravings for junk food or sweets, and I have a terrible sweet tooth!
Sweets have always been my downfall but with this program my willpower is growing! I don't have the cravings anymore.
I work in an office with candy jars all over the place and I have to admit that I have only had maybe two pieces of chocoate in two weeks, just because I wanted to. That's amazing!
And I find that my appetite is suppressed to the point where I'm not really hungry for my lunch. But then I will reach for a healthy snack at that time. If I eat lunch at work, I come home and replace my evening meals during the work week with the shake and cookie. I look forward to it!
My energy level has increased and I feel so good! I have tried other diet products from over the counter at the grocery stores in the past, but nothing has compared to the Appetizer Diet.
Vitamark has done it! I will continue with this program and it will be a life style for me now.
I know that I can lose the weight I need to. And besides just the weight loss and inches, when I test my blood sugar levels they are completely in check and where they should be. I am adding the Limu Plus to my program now, and I also take the Vita-Che on a daily basis along with the Coral Calcium+.
Thank you, Vitamark!
God Bless,
Polly"

Hormonal Imbalance
Hormonal imbalance can be a real challenge as women age. Hot flashes, irritablity, loss of energy are just some symptoms that can drive a women crazy, not to mention those around her.
Below is Kerrie thrilling story with results using Vita-Che. Kerrie's major goals are for better health and weight managment. Kerrie credits her good nutrition to VitaChe and Appetizer Diet System. As she puts it, over the last 9 months she feel like a "brand new woman."
"This is Kerrie. About 6 weeks ago I wrote about my hormone imbalance( I had a complete hysterectomy earlier and it sent me straight into menopause. I was on primren for about 9 years) and exertion blood pressure(I was on atenalol) and you said that Vita-Che should make a big difference. Well it has made a phenomenal difference! I took 10 a day for the first 9 months, I have just taken that down to 8. I don't run out because even I can't stand to be around myself when I haven't had my Vita-Che. I am taking zero prescriptions at this time. I also take 1 VitaWoman every morning and, of course, my Limu Plus.
First of all I still have my moments but my hormones are so much more in balance that even I can stand to be in the same room with myself. The hot flashes are maybe once a day now where I was having 7-8 a day. Secondly, I couldn't even climb a flight of stairs without stopping at the top and literally bending over to catch my breath. About three weeks ago I started walking and I am up to four miles a day four days a week. My goal is twenty miles a week.
I also started the Diet Cookie about the same time as the Vita-Che and at my weigh in this morning I have also lost 15 pounds.
So to recap, my hormones are 90% better than just six weeks ago. I have a lot more energy and have lost 15 pounds and counting. I just added the Appetizer Shakes last week, which are great by the way, and plan on losing another 25 pounds. As far as my blood pressure, I went from barely climbing 14 stairs a day to walking 16 miles a week. Does that sound like an improvement?
Thank you so much! I am like a different person. It is so noticeable that I get comments from friends and family about how good I look and what a pleasure I am to be around again.
Now will I ever run out of Vita-Che? No way!
Vitamark means HEALTH AND LONG LIFE at any age!
Thanks again,
Kerrie Burger"

Shark cartilage for joints
Shark cartilage can support the immune system(with the amazing immuno peptide). Shark cartilage can also support joints. Many of the natural components of shark cartilage are integral parts of the joint and connective tissues which makes them highly supportive of the joints... especially the glycosaminoglycans(on Aug 21,2002 the Arthritis Foundation issued a special statement on glycosaminoglycans, to see what they had to say go to Arthritis.org )
Glycosaminoglycans along with chondroitin sulfate and hyaluronic acid are especially supportive of joints. These important nutrients are found in Vitamune.
Sue is a Remax Realtor from Kansas. Sue's goal is to achieve optimum health by resolving 2 or 3 health issues. Here is her story how she's well on her way to conquering one of those health issues.
"I just wanted to tell you about my experience with Vitamune. I've had serious joint concerns now for several years all due to injuries. I was waking up stiff every morning and of course in great discomfort. Anytime I tried to bend over to do anything I had a lot of discomfort in my hips and lower back. I just couldn't do it. I also had difficulty gripping things and using my hands and wrists. I even had difficulty getting down and playing with my youngest grandchildren or holding them for any length of time.
Due to the suggestion of an associate, I started taking Vitamune three weeks ago. I could tell a big difference in just two days. Since then the discomfort has continued to diminish. It is like night and day.
My husband asked to me help him pull weeds from the flower beds. I usually tell him there is no way, I can't bend or kneel down and I can't pull because my hands and wrists hurt. This time without hesitation, I went out and worked in the garden pulling weeds for two hours. My husband looked at me and said "you haven't work in the garden for years"!
My comment was, "Thanks to Vitamune I can now." Now mind you, I really am not thrilled with pulling weeds, but I CAN do it. I bet I can even go out and pick the vegetables from the garden...but I won't tell him!
Vitamune is wonderful!
Sue"
