Trade in your synthetic multi-vitamins for a free month’s supply of a whole-food based ones.

Who is it for?
People who are into health and whole food, who also religiously take a Synthetic Multi Vitamin each day (SMV) - any brand. You can, until June 15, trade it away free for a month’s supply of a whole food multi. What if it makes a difference in how you feel?

What to do

1. Look to see if your multi-vitamins are synthetic. Check it against this synthetic ingredients list here Are Your Vitamins Safe?

2. Decide which of the whole-food multi’s you want for a month: Pop a Purple or Pop a Green

3. Ship your synthetic vitamin bottle (leave some pills in it) to Whole Food Nation (see below). INCLUDE:

Name
Address
Email
Phone #
Which Pops you want: Green or Purple.

Whole Food Nation
Attention Monica
16556 S Edenwild Lane
Oregon City, Oregon 97045
Questions? email me here.

P.S. No one from the company will hound you or pitch you anything. The Vitamin Exchange Program is an United States national experiment to introduce people to whole-food based multi-vitamins. And they never share your info, for any reason.

P.S. How do you know a multi-vitamin is synthetic? Use this report, “Are Your Vitamins Safe?” published by Whole Food Nation.

I know that you'll be interested in an account of my experience of my battle of enzyme with Limu Plus® versus cancer, in which you Tom play a most important part, so here is a resume:

In April 2007 I noticed a new itchy mole on my right shoulder. On 19th May 2007 I met Tom 'Big Al' Schreiter and discovered Limu Plus®.

In June 2007 saw my doctor (General Practitioner) regarding mole. He referred me to a hospital consultant. On 2nd July 2007 the consultant at hospital examined mole and surgically removed it three hours later. It was sent for biopsy. On 16th July 2007 I was informed that the mole had been a 5.8 mm deep malignant melanoma; a very aggressive tumour. I politely turned down the generous offer of one of two chemotherapy trials and I immediately sprang into what-shall-I-do now mode. I began by stepping up my dosage of Limu Plus®.

On 6th August 2007 I had a further extensive area of shoulder tissue removed, either as a precautionary measure, or to steady a flight-bag. Then I had a skin graft taken from left arm to repair the shoulder.

On 11th August 2007 I was submitted to the ordeal of a head-to-toe MRI scan.

Late August 2007 I attended the Vitamark Annual Convention in Houston, Texas. The operation upon my shoulder had been completely successful; flight-bag remained steady.

On 1st September 2007 at the Vitamark Annual Convention, Tom 'Big Al' Schreiter advised me to take particular notice of the revelations of a guest speaker Dr. Dicqie Fuller regarding enzyme therapy. I listened to each and every word uttered by Dr. Fuller and lost count of the number of times that I said "So that's why!" I immediately began a course of enzyme therapy using 15 capsules of Revitalgen® on an empty stomach per day, and one to three Super ViGest capsules every time I ate cooked food.

On 26th September 2007 I was told that the MRI scan from August had revealed a number of fast growing seedlings! My concern mounted.

In November 2007 I realised that a side-effect of the enzymes was that I steadily lost excess weight down to my optimum level. Logical really when you realise that my food intake is now being digested properly; with a history of indigestion, our food bills are lower, and my wrist-watch slides down my arm.

On 14th January 2008 I was examined by my doctor on behalf of the consultant. After ten to fifteen minutes of vicious prodding under my armpits and nape of neck, doctor looked perplexed. I asked if there was a problem. The doctor replied "According to your notes there should be signs of problems. We'd better have another scan." So on 10th March 2008 submitted to the ordeal of a head-to-toe CT scan.

Today 18th March 2008, the result of my CT scan were read out to me: "THERE ARE NO ABNORMALITIES." Whoopeeee!

Has the taking of the enzymes Revitalgen® and Super ViGest and the drinking of Limu Plus® been worthwhile? Absolutely!

Will I continue with the high dosages? Absolutely! In my opinion, most if not all of illnesses are as a result of enzyme deficiencies.

Thank you for everything Tom, and I think that most Affiliates simply do not realise the power that our products have.

Best wishes,
John Green, Burnely, UK

A friend of mine shared her experience with Neurontin. If your doctor suggests Neurontin to treat hot flashes, please read her story. It might save you misery.

"A recent article written by a nurse suggested that women can decrease their menopause hot flashes by taking an anti-seizure drug known as Neurontin.

Has the pharmaceutical industry lost so much revenue form HRT (hormone replacement therapy) that they have to find a different drug for us to take for hot flashes.

The author states that Neurontin has been used for years as a treatment for hot flashes and seem to be safe and well tolerated. Cover your ears now, because I just want to scream.

Let me tell you of my experience with this wonder drug. No, I never agreed to take it for hot flashes, but faced with daily headaches for three years my neurologist, unable to find the reason for my headaches suggested I try Neurontin. Desperate for relief I decided to give it a try. The following are the results I experienced.

Day one -" Read the rest of her story, click on Menopause Hot Flashes.

There are so many energy drinks on the market now today. Everyone, everywhere wants energy. I have talked with folks who drink 6-8 energy drinks a day plus 6 cups of coffee and still feel tired. How can this be?

Caffeine overload is quite common. Pretty soon their body becomes satuated with caffeine preventing them from that familiar buzz. Our bodies can only handle so much caffeine at a time. And over time, the caffeine lift that once made us feel energic doesn't work.

Are you interested weaning yourself off of energy drinks? Crave may be a healthier way. It has Vitamins such as vitamin C, B6, B12, Niacin, Panthothemic acid. Crave is a better choice for diabetes: 9 calories, 0 fat and 1.5 carbs per serving.

Monique
503.351.6859

With the flu season now in full swing, one of the most commonly-heard phrase...

With the flu season now in full swing, one of the most commonly-heard phrase in the health arena is 'build up your defense.' Your own body requires a strong defense system.

Antioxidants can help. Antioxidants play the serious role of "janitor" in your body. They go around mopping up excess free radicals before these pesky little scavenger molecules get the chance to damage or destroy your body's cells. In a perfect world, you'd be able to get all the antioxidants you need from a healthy diet alone. Unfortunately, there are just too many free radicals invading your body from:
stress
a poor-quality diet and food additives
environmental pollutants
environmental toxins

Your body's supply of in-house antioxidant "janitors" can't keep up with all their chores. Cleaning up the cell-damaging messes made by the free radicals is a full time job. Without a plentiful supply of crucial antioxidants:
Your body becomes vulnerable to free radical damage.
You lack energy and stamina.
Your immune system operates at less than peak efficiency.

Some well-known antioxidants are Vitamin C, Vitamin E, and maybe even beta-carotene, the precursor to vitamin A. Antioxidants are found natural in vegetables and fruits.

The bad news is this: eating your fruits and veggies may not be enough these days, especially with the nutrient-depleted soil most vegetables come from. You may need to bring in some "outside help." More antioxidant janitors can help to mop up messes the free radicals make, like ...
Injuries to your cell membranes and mitochondria
Damage to your DNA

Make this the Healthiest Season Ever!

I finally know for sure my vitamins are working for me. Health Defense Antioxidant

Cold and Flu formula

Could there be an actual chemical causing the massive obesity epidemic?...

Could there be an actual chemical causing the massive obesity epidemic? John Erb, a research assistant at the University of Waterloo in Ontario, Canada spent years working for the government. He made an amazing discovery while going through scientific journals for a book he was writing called “The Slow Poisoning of America.”

In hundreds of studies around the world, scientists were creating obese mice and rats to use in diet or diabetes test studies. No strain of rat or mice is naturally obese, so the scientists have to create them. They make these morbidly obese creatures by injecting them with MSG when they are first born.

The MSG triples the amount of insulin the pancreas creates: causing rats (and humans?) to become obese. They even have a title for the fat rodents they create: “MSG-Treated Rats.”

Is MSG in your kitchen? Check the cupboards and refrigerator. Is MSG in everything? How many foods are filled with MSG that we are feeding our children everyday? Campbell’s soups, Hostess Doritos, Lays flavored potato chips, Top Ramen, Betty Crocker Hamburger Helper, Heinz canned gravy, Swanson frozen prepared meals, Kraft salad dressings, especially the ‘healthy low fat’ ones.

The items that didn’t have MSG marked on the product label had something called “Hydrolyzed Vegetable Protein”, which is just another name for Monosodium Glutamate. MSG can be hidden under many different names in order to fool those who carefully read the ingredient list, so they don’t catch on. Other names for MSG: Accent, Aginomoto, Natural Meat Tenderizer but it doesn’t stop there.

Restaurants and MSG: Many employees, even managers swore they don’t use MSG.
