Digestive Enzymes |The Genesis of Good Health

The Importance of Digestive Enzymes is the Genesis of Good Health.

medium_transformation_enzymes.jpgPeople are continuously being advised to take various supplements, herbs, and vitamins or to eat a certain diet in order to improve health. And yet no focus is placed on ensuring that whatever is being taken in also being digested and absorbed. The assumption is made, even by nutrition experts that we all digest equally and completely. However, we know that this is not the case.

Because of genetics, diet, lifestyle, processed foods, and a toxic environment, we are all at risk for compromised digestion. This often leads to weakened immune function, fatigue, hormone imbalance, digestive disorders, and disease. Supplemental digestive enzymes are the key to prevention and/or correction of such conditions.

Digestive enzymes are the catalysts which allow us to break down foods into absorbable nutrients such as vitamins, minerals, amino acids, and fatty acids. Once these nutrients are liberated, enzymes again play a vital role in escorting them to the cells and tissues for utilization. Therefore, without proper enzyme functioning, such nutrients are useless to our bodies. By taking supplemental enzymes, the body is ensured that is will get the necessary nutrition it needs for optimal health.

Our Belief is simple. Give the body the nutrients it needs, clear away the waste, and allow the body to manage its resources.

Digestive ENZYMES – Your life depends upon them!

DIGESTIVE ENZYMES ARE PROTEINS. They must be present before any chemical reaction can take place in your body. Your life depend on the metabolic action of enzymes to aid in building new muscle, getting rid of toxins and releasing energy.

Are you happy with your energy level? Do you feel like taking a nap after meal?

Poorly digested carbohydrates ferment in the system, creating gas. Improperly digested protein putrefies and cause indigestion and toxicity. Fats not thoroughly digested turn rancid and create pungent odors and poor cholesterol balance. Undigested fiber leaves a wax-like residue in the small intestine. In general, any undigested foods can be highly allergenic to your system.

What is the remedy?

One thing you can do is use the best enzyme supplement available.

Nobel Prize recipient Dr. James B. Summer states, “…the getting old feeling after forty is due to reduced enzymes levels throughout the body Young cells contain hundreds more enzymes than old cells. Old cells are filled with metabolic waste and toxins.”

• You need extra enzymes when you eat food that has been cooked, frozen or processed. Temperatures above 118 degrees Fahrenheit can destroy enzymes.

• You need extra enzymes when you are run down, under stress, living in either a very hot or very cold climate, pregnant or you are a frequent air traveler.

• You need extra enzymes if you experienced a big enzyme drain such as a viral infection, strenuous exercise, an emotional crisis or breathing polluted air.

• You need extra digestive enzymes as you get older. As you age, your body produces significantly fewer enzymes.

Since you cannot get the right amount of essential enzymes from the food you eat it goes to reason you should take supplements.

A balanced digestive enzyme supplement should include:

*Protease –It is one of the most important enzymes which breaks down proteins into simple amino-acids. In high quantities, it can help clean up our body by removing the unwanted protein from you circulatory system.

*Amylase – Second most important enzyme which digests carbohydrates in food. Deficiency in amylase is linked to blood sugar imbalances, allergies, and asthma.

*Lipase - Responsible for digesting fats in food.

*Cellulase - This enzyme breaks down fiber. It is also an excellent antioxidant because it binds to heavy metals and is carried out of the body.

*Lactase - Helps digest milk sugar in dairy products.

DIGESTIVE ENZYMES are responsible for digestion, absorption, transportation, metabolizing and eliminating the waste from your body. Enzymes help carry vital energy to your body so you can see, hear, feel, move, digest food and think…While fermented and putrefied foods can cause gas, heartburn, headaches, allergies and a host of other ailments.

So now it is up to you.

Take care of your health.

A product I highly recommend is SuperVigest. It is formulated by Dr DicQie Fuller author of “The Healing Power of Enzymes.”
